Congratulations to Elaine Luria

So happy for Elaine Luria of Virginia Beach, who was elected to represent Virginia's 2nd Congressional District. I enjoyed getting to know Elaine during the campaign and she has been a good friend to Virginia Wesleyan University. Elaine is a retired Navy Commander, owner of The Mermaid Factory, and will be a terrific representative in Washington.
