After 40 years on the faculty of Bethany
College, Dr. Larry Grimes retired in 2009. Since that time, he has
served as Director of Church Relations, Dean of Buffalo Seminary,
authored a popular Hemmingway book, substituted during illness for
faculty and the chaplain, among other things. With his class (1964)
celebrating a reunion, it was fitting that we recognize Larry for the
important role he has played in the life of this College since 1958.
