Art Exhibition at VWU: "Big Old Work"
In this exhibition by John Rudel, Professor of Art at Virginia Wesleyan University, large-scale painting and mixed media works employ expressive color, recognizable imagery, and abstract elements spanning nearly 20 years; aggregations as a nexus-point to ponder the role of history, psychology, science, politics, spirituality, aesthetics and humanity as an exploration of our perceptions of and place in the world.
