Enjoyable dinner with long time friends David Black and Earl Thomas at the new location of fine dining restaurant BROTHERS in Norfolk. In the early 1980s, the three of us worked together at what is now the University of Rio Grande in Ohio. Brothers is run by NBA referee and Norfolk native Tony Brothers (a friend of Earl’s) and was formerly located on Monticello Avenue before moving to the former Texas de Brazil at McArthur Center.
