Productive meeting of the "4-Cities Collaborative" at the Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization in Chesapeake. The 4-Cities Collaborative is a group of leadership from the Chesapeake Alliance, Greater Norfolk Corporation, Portsmouth Partnership, and Virginia Beach Vision promoting regionalism in Coastal Virginia. We welcomed today Laura Hayes Chalk, the soon-to-be Executive Director of VBV (pictured next to me).
