With fellow Virginia Beach Vision Board member Stacy Cummings at his meet and greet this afternoon at the Surf Rider Grill - Marina Shores. It was also nice to visit with proud VWU grad Brian Kirwin (‘91), political consultant and strategist for over 20 years.
