Tonight we celebrated the remarkable service of Sara Flanagan, NAICU Vice President for Government Relations and Policy Development, who will retire after 30 years as our primary liaison to Capitol Hill. On Wednesday, she’ll be recognized as the recipient of the Paley Award for her “unfailing service to independent colleges” nationwide.
