With keynote speaker U.S. Senator Tim Kaine and Blythe Scott (Norfolk Commissioner of the Revenue); CBF President/CEO Hilary Harp Falk and Congressman Bobby Scott; Delegate Michael Feggans and former Gov. Ralph Northam. The lecture explored the critical question: " Climate Change: Keeping Our Community Safe and Prosperous."
