Joining the Rev. Scott Thayer, pastor of Bethany Memorial Church, and the Rev. Dr. Peter Morgan ’61 of National City Christian Church in Washington, D.C., Sunday at the commemorative worship service marking the laying of the cornerstone of Bethany Memorial Church in 1914. Peter delivered the sermon, “At the Corner of Yesterday and Tomorrow,” and I brought greetings from the Bethany College campus community.
