Prof. John Rudel reports that The Marlin Mural Team is in the process of
creating a project in the NEON ARTS DISTRICT at 745 Granby St in
Norfolk. It will be completed (fingers crossed) in time for the NEON
FESTIVAL Oct 15th and 16th. The MMT is working right next to a project
being completed by international artist Alex Brewer aka HENCE http://hensethename.com
