- Authorizing the Executive Committee as the screening committee for the review of real estate development proposals for the 12.68 acres owned by VWC directly across from the College
- Timeline and objectives for the Space Utilization Study, Facility Assessment, Corrective Maintenance Plan, and 10-year Campus Master Plan
- Preparations for the re-affiliation visit by the University Senate of the United Methodist Church
