at the Rotary Club of Town Center Virginia Beach today during their
meeting. Served as today's Rotary Speaker. On Friday, Walt presented
The Rotary Club of Town Center Virginia Beach Citizenship Award to VWC
senior, Brooke Totzeck, during the College's spring honors convocation.
