Homecoming
and Family Weekend festivities are in full swing! I enjoyed a great
President's Parents Roundtable Business Meeting this afternoon led by
the 2016/17 co-chairs, Cindy and Rob Garver. The Garvers daughter,
Katie, is a senior majoring in Environmental Studies.
Wonderful presentations by Mollie Robertson, the College's new Director of Career Development and Internship Program, and Amber Gaines. Amber is a VWC senior from Waldorf, Maryland, who is majoring in Criminal Justice. Amber spoke about her internship at the United States Pentagon this summer.
