Congratulations to Virginia Wesleyan criminal justice major Noah Louk '19, a recipient of the John Roger Scholarship. The $1,500 academic scholarship is awarded each year to children of active duty Norfolk police officers by the Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association of Norfolk.
