As Featured in The Virginian-Pilot

As featured in The Virginian-Pilot, the Environmental Explorers program at Virginia Wesleyan University brought meaningful, inquiry-based environmental science experiences to over 100 elementary-aged children. After training, #VWU Elementary Education students led environmental science experiential sessions based on a curriculum developed by Virginia Wesleyan education and science faculty.This exceptional program was made possible through a generous grant from the Dominion Energy Charitable Foundation and in collaboration with YMCA's Camp Red Feather.
