Great to visit with Virginia Beach City Councilman Ben Davenport. Councilman Davenport has been a wonderful friend and supporter of Virginia Wesleyan University for many years. We discussed economic development in the area and shared plans for VWU in the future. Ben is currently a candidate for mayor of Virginia Beach.
