American Culture and Tourism Management Program

This morning we welcomed to campus 23 students from China to the Virginia Wesleyan University family. For the summer, they'll live in the International Housing Village in Williamsburg while studying as a part of our American Culture and Tourism Management Program (ACTM). Joining us for the picture: Bill Becker, Director of the ACTM Program (behind me), Maynard Schaus, Vice President for Academic Affairs (far right), and David Waggoner, Vice President for Enrollment (second from right). Students take classes full time in American Culture and Tourism from the Recreation and Leisure Studies program at Virginia Wesleyan University, and complete an internship at Busch Gardens.
