Congratulations to Delegate-elect Nancy Guy, the narrow winner in Virginia Beach's 83rd District (adjacent to Virginia Wesleyan University). A former Virginia Beach School Board member and strong supporter of VWU, she recorded a 26 vote win (after the final votes were tallied Friday).
