Productive Conversation with Congressman Bobby Scott

Just finished a productive conversation with Congressman Bobby Scott (D-3). I was joined by presidential colleagues Katherine Rowe (W&M), Marcia Conston (TCC), Debbie Sydow (RBC), Corey McCray (PCCC), and Towuanna Porter Brannon (TNCC) for a discussion of COVID-related issues and proposals to double the Pell Grant. The higher education community strongly endorses doubling the Pell Grant as a national priority for access.
