Enjoyable lunch today with good friend and colleague Joash Schulman, managing partner of Town Center Office Suites and Vice President of Virginia Beach Vision. In addition to VBV, Joash and I serve together on the Regional Board of the Hampton Roads Chamber. Joash is also running for Virginia Beach City Council.

Dr. Scott D. Miller is President of Virginia Wesleyan University, Coastal Virginia's premier university of the liberal arts and sciences. Respected as one of the most entrepreneurial higher education executives in America, Dr. Miller is in his 33rd year as a college president. Previously, Dr. Miller was President of Bethany College (2007-15), Wesley College (1997-2007), and Lincoln Memorial University (1991-97). Dr. Miller was also Executive Vice President (1988-91) and Vice President for Development (1984-88) at Lincoln Memorial University and Director of College Relations and Alumni Affairs at Rio Grande College (now University) in Ohio.
