I enjoyed reconnecting with President Biden during his visit to Virginia Beach today to discuss affordable healthcare. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, then Senator Biden and I collaborated for 10 years on the Biden Youth Leadership Conference, offered every year on campus of my former institution.
