Trustee Emerita Jane Batten, Executive in Residence David Black, and I were honored to take part in Lakeland University’s 164th Commencement Ceremony over the weekend. It was a wonderful opportunity to visit with special friends and celebrate the longstanding partnership among VWU, Lakeland University, and Lakeland University Japan. Special thanks to President Beth Borgen and Board Chair Jeff Spence for their warm hospitality and gracious welcome throughout the weekend.
