Two exciting pieces of news coming out of the Marlin softball program today!

Two exciting pieces of news coming out of the Marlin softball program today! First, our undefeated and nationally top-ranked Marlins (45-0) open the 2026 NCAA Division III Championship this week as hosts of a regional tournament. Second, I am pleased to share that Head Coach Brandon Elliott will become Executive Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at VWU beginning next week. Brandon is pictured here with his team moments after today’s announcement. Congratulations to Brandon and the Marlins. We are thrilled to support their pursuit of a fourth national championship in the last nine seasons!
