This
March, in celebration of Women's History Month, the Women's Resource
Center at Virginia Wesleyan has organized a series of special
events—with support from several student groups, the VWU Theatre
Department, and the Virginia Beach Chapter of the American Association
of University Women. I've included a summary of these events here as well as a more detailed informational poster below.
Many
thanks to Jennifer Slivka, Director of the Women's Resource Center, and
to all who made these events possible. We are extremely proud to
celebrate the vital contributions of women throughout history and in our
contemporary society.
