I always enjoy the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Foundation of Independent Colleges (VFIC), held each year at The Homestead in Hot Springs. It is a wonderful opportunity to visit with colleague presidents of the 15 selective private liberal arts colleges in the state and the 60 top business leaders on the VFIC Board.
