The 73rd annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Foundation of Independent Colleges came to a close this evening at The Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. The annual meeting is a wonderful opportunity to visit with colleague presidents of the 16 selective private liberal arts colleges in the state and the 60 top business leaders on the VFIC Board. It’s also an opportunity to visit with good friends — With Mary-Beth Johnson, Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of VFIC, and Frank Shushok, President of Roanoke College. With Irma Becerra, President of Marymount University.
