Last week I attended a briefing for college presidents and government-relations officers on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. Dr. David Warren, President of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU), and his staff provided in-depth analysis of what they consider to be the 15 most critical issues impacting private colleges such as Bethany.
