New Room Reservation System with Website in Place

For your convenience, the College has decided to change the way organizations plan and schedule events on campus. There is now one all-inclusive website, http://www.bethanywv.edu/students/event-planning/, that directs you to the Room Reservation Form as well as the Event Registration Form. This system will prevent the inconvenient double-booking of rooms and any other scheduling conflicts that may arise.

To schedule an event, you must first choose a location on campus to host the event by filling out a Room Reservation Form. Once you receive a Room Reservation Confirmation Number, your room reservation will be tentatively held for one week. Your event must be approved through the Event Registration Form process in order to solidify your room reservation. Once approved, you will be able to reach out to individual offices to request items for your event (i.e. food, speakers, tables, etc.).
