Dr. Larry Dotolo, President of the Virginia Tidewater Consortium for
Higher Education, joins me in presenting the 2015 Longshoremen's
Scholarship to Seleena Grampp Cruz, a sophomore from Norfolk. Seleena's
mother, Susie Grampp, is a member of the College's Parents' Council.
