Nota Bene: GerryRIGGED Screening Rescheduled to Wednesday

Previously I sent you an invitation for a forum addressing redistricting reform. Due to the inclement weather in our region, the event has been rescheduled to this Wednesday evening, January 11, from 7-9 p.m. in the Pearce Hospitality Suite inside the Jane P. Batten Student Center.

Norfolk Mayor Kenny Alexander, Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms, and OneVirginia2021: Virginians for Fair Redistricting will present a free screening of GerryRIGGED: Turning Democracy on Its Head. The hour-long documentary explores non-partisan reform efforts underway to address partisan gerrymandering. A discussion on the issue will follow.
