Blast from Bethany Past

Great to catch up with Brandon Spalding at today's ODAC Cross Country Championship on our Virginia Wesleyan University campus. He was head cross country coach of Bethany College during our time there. Now in his fifth season as the head men's cross country coach and assistant men's track & field coach at Washington and Lee University, both his men and women won the ODAC Championship today. In his first four seasons, the cross country team has qualified for the NCAA Championship once, won the ODAC Championship twice, and he has been named the ODAC Coach of the Year twice.
