On Port Day, no classes, meetings, or athletic events will be held during the day, allowing the entire campus community to celebrate the accomplishments of our students, learn about the good work completed, and hear about the transformative power of participation in capstone academic experiences. Students will share their work through oral and poster presentations during campus-wide sessions, reflecting on their experiences and answering audience questions. The day will be particularly important for students who would like to learn how they, too, may undertake a capstone experience at Virginia Wesleyan.
