Over the course of the past two weekends, Virginia Wesleyan College has
welcomed back to campus over 100 alumni to celebrate their sport with alumni
games. Graduates from field hockey, volleyball, men's and women's soccer not
only played their sport, but interacted with current students and heard about
the exciting happenings at their alma mater.
In addition, field hockey and women's soccer experienced playing on Birdsong Field for the first time. On the Virginia Wesleyan Alumni Facebook page, you will see some great photos from these alumni events.
These individual opportunities for alumni to participate with their affinity groups help the College in building important connections to our graduates while underscoring the valuable role of intercollegiate athletics in the vibrant campus life of Virginia Wesleyan.
