Such an enjoyable evening at Lt. Gov. Ralph Northam's Holiday Party at the home of Dr. Richard Rosenblum (right) in Virginia Beach. Dr. Northram, his wife Pam, and Dr. Rosenblum have been good friends and supporters of Virginia Wesleyan College. Ralph recently announced a run for Governor.
