I had the privilege of visiting this afternoon with 22
academically talented ninth grade girls and their families for the closing
ceremony of our week long Environmental Sciences Summer Institute in the VWU
Greer Environmental Sciences Center. So many fascinating culminating project
presentations by these future science superstars. Many thanks to VWU’s Bill
McConnell (Education Department) for designing and implementing this
