In Richmond today for the first meeting of the Executive Council of the Virginia Higher Education Substance Use Advisory Board. I serve as the statewide college/university president on the VHESUAC which also includes Vice Presidents, Deans, SCHEV, COY, VCCS, Virginia ABC, and student leaders.
