I thoroughly enjoyed a breakfast meeting this morning with soon-to-be Virginia Beach Assistant City Manager Amanda Jarratt (right). it was a good opportunity for leadership of Virginia Beach Vision to discuss important issues within the city. Joining us were Brad Martin (VBV VP), Lisa Murphy (VBV Business Chair) and Martha McClees (VBV ED).
