I am pleased to welcome Larry Palmer to the Bethany College staff as the new Director of Safety and Security. Mr. Palmer has formerly served as a Lieutenant for the Brooke County Sheriff’s Department, Chief of Police for the Town of Bethany, West Virginia, and on the Wellsburg Police Department. Mr. Palmer has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement. Mr. Palmer will join the staff on September 15, 2014.
