Dr. Vic Townsend, Professor of Biology, left, and Dr. Hilve Firek,
Batten Associate Professor of Education, visited the classroom of one of
the teachers from last summer's Biology Teacher Academy. The teacher,
Ashley Karunaratne, shared a lesson she presented to her AP Biology
class. This teacher will bring a group of AP Bio students to campus on
Nov 5 to work with Vic on SEM.
