Progress continues on the new Virginia Wesleyan Frank Blocker Youth Center. The building will be the home of YMCA Camp Red Feather and Tidewater Collegiate Academy (www.vwc.edu/tca). Hourigan Construction is constructing the Center, located at the front of Wilson Arboretum. A 155-seat outdoor amphitheater will be located behind the building adjacent to a tree-lined path leading to Lake Taylor.
