Dr. Victor R. Townsend, Jr., Professor of Biology, with six IB biology
students from King's Fork High School in Suffolk today. The young ladies
and their teacher, Sherri Story, visited with Vic and two VWC science
students. The IB students enjoyed both the research presentations by the
VWC students and working on the SEM with Vic. Thanks to Hilve Firek,
Batten Associate Professor of Education, for sharing...and thanks to Vic
for taking time on a Sunday afternoon to host this group of bright
high-school students!
