Today is Marlin Spirit Day! Marlins
across the globe are donning their Virginia Wesleyan wear, carrying their
Virginia Wesleyan mugs and decorating doors on campus to demonstrate their
Virginia Wesleyan spirit. They will also be posting their photos and sharing
their Marlin spirit on social media using #marlinspiritday. I hope all of you will join in the fun and
take advantage of the opportunity to share your passion for Virginia Wesleyan
College today and every day.
Just in time for Marlin Spirit Day,
the 2015-2016 issue of Marlin Magazine is hot off the
press. Congratulations to the Office of Marketing and Communications for their
extraordinary work on this impressive publication. Look for your copy in your
campus mailbox or stop by the Marlin Grille today from noon-1 p.m.
to pick up an advance/extra copy to share with colleagues, family and friends.
In addition, beginning today, the
Marlin Spirit Campaign is live and ready to be shared with our alumni. Thanks
to the Alumni Association Board of Directors for taking the lead in launching
this campaign which will run through October 31. Here is link:
