Dialogue

During my visit to Norfolk City Hall this afternoon I had the opportunity to hear great things about the outstanding work of Virginia Wesleyan College intern Courtney Herrick in the Norfolk Emerging Leaders program. Courtney worked eight weeks in the City's communications and technology area. Norfolk City Manager Marcus Jones is pictured with Courtney and me.
