With good friends—U.S. Senator Mark Warner and Ken Garren, President of Lynchburg College—at the Congressional Independent College Caucus on Capitol Hill. The Caucus, co-chaired in the House by Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R, VA-6) and Rep.
