Introducing...Mu Phi Epsilon

Congratulations to the 15 initiated members of Mu Phi Epsilon, Virginia Wesleyan's newly chartered music fraternity. Student members include Laura Robusto ’17 (President), Morgan Boyd ’19 (Vice-President), Shelby Emch ’18 (Vice President), Alexander Gallant ’19, Lance Garrett 20, Marissa Gross ’20, Adam Kurek ’19, William Lanagan ’20, Marissa Phillips ’18, Emily Powers ’17, Taylor Simpson ’20, Joy Vernon ’17, and Cora Wilson ’20. Also initiated were music professors Dr. Bryson Mortensen and Dr. Jason Squinobal. Mu Phi Epsilon has over 75,000 members in 160 chapters across the country and hosts various concerts and music service events as well as annual awards for outstanding musical performances, scholarships for study away at recognized summer music programs, and foreign study grants.
