Norfolk State of the City Address

I thoroughly enjoyed Mayor Kenny Alexander's (lower right) Norfolk State of the City Address today at The Main. It was good to visit with good friends -- Richard Homan, President of Eastern Virginia Medical School, and Edna V. Baehre-Kolovani, President of Tidewater Community College (upper left), Eddie Moore, President of Norfolk State University (lower left), and State Sen. Louise Boone Lucas, 18th District, (upper right). Thanks to Mayor Alexander for the VIP treatment.
