Thanks to Trustee Anne Shumadine and Signature Family Wealth Advisors for hosting an alumni breakfast today at the World Trade Center for Virginia Wesleyan University alumni working at the ACCESS College Foundation. I enjoyed sharing the current status of the University and plans for the future. Pictured seated are Jordan Brown '03, Kyle Williams '08, David Kidd '11, Cheryl Jones '05, and Sara Gastler '97. Over 28 years, ACCESS has helped more than 50,000 students from South Hampton Roads go to college, while leveraging $500 million in financial aid and scholarships to make their educational paths possible. The guidance, mentoring and financial aid invested in these students has been paid back exponentially to Hampton Roads.
